Workshops
Our stock is supported by a varied programme of workshops and courses so if you would like to make a patchwork quilt or a cushion, knit a pair of socks or make some greetings cards, we can show you how. All of our classes are suitable for the complete beginner or more experienced stitcher unless otherwise stated and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. They all take place in our well equipped workroom at the rear of the shop where we have enough Pfaff sewing machines for everyone to use, if needed. (You can, of course, bring your own machine if you prefer). Please visit the workshop section of our website and if you would like to join a course, please contact us by telephone or e-mail. Please note, you cannot book a class over the internet.

BEGINNER'S FREESTYLE MACHINE EMBROIDERY COURSE |
| It is amazing just what can be achieved with just the straight and zigzag stitches on your sewing machine. We will be looking at all sorts of different techniques, layering and slashing fabrics, using dissolvable fabrics, making cords, stitching through papers etc.etc. Over the duration of the course you will make a box, a mirror and book covers.
